There’s so many theories on scrambled eggs!
But…. that looks absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection!

I have given it a shot, and I will say that the method produced scrambled eggs worthy of being titled “perfect”. I highly reccommend that people try this one if they have a spare 5 minutes. Well, that and a bit of hunger.
I would like to add a particular emphasis on not overcooking it. Better to slightly undercook, imo. They are just eggs!
Hands down, best tasting scrambled eggs that I have made. I’m glad you like this as much as I did!
